Who we disclose personal information to and why

There is no charge to make a request for access to your personal information.  Ground Tec Equipment will charge a fee to provide that information as is our right under the Privacy Act 1988 (Commonwealth).  Cost is available on application.

Keeping your information up-to-date

If any of your personal information changes, please contact us to update it so that we can continue to provide you with the best possible service.  We will take reasonable steps to ensure your information is accurate, complete and up-to-date whenever we collect or use it.

Correcting your information

If you find that the information about you that we hold is inaccurate, incomplete or out-of-date, please contact us and we will correct it.

Ground Tec Equipment will use reasonable endeavours to comply with an individual’s request to correct their personal information.   If Ground Tec Equipment disagrees with any request to correct an individual’s personal information, and the individual requests that Ground Tec Equipment include in the record of their personal information a statement that they have a contrary view, Ground Tec Equipment will use reasonable steps to do so.
